1. Open a picture in webp, heic, avif, etc. modern picture formats with gwenview 24.02.0

OBSERVED RESULT
Failed with:

Loading ‘test.webp’ failed
Gwenview cannot display documents of type image/webp.
```

EXPECTED RESULT
Display pictures like gwenview 23.08.
