STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. had updated
2. saw there was missing sound control options as well as ability to change volume from the keyboard (im using a probook 455 g9)
3. same with the wifi

Do you have plasma-pa and plasma-nm installed? Could you provide the output of `journalctl -b`? Thanks!
