STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure the top-left screen corner to trigger "Present Windows - All Desktops"
2. Move mouse pointer to the top-left screen corner
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT

Should present all windows.

This is fixed in Plasma 6, and it might have even been fixed in a later version of 5.27; I can't quite remember at this point. 5.27.3 is quite old; I would recommend upgrading.

Still doesn't work if compositing is disabled. Works when compositing is enabled.

Aha, that's expected since these are composited effects.
