libzxing2 should have been SONAME version bumped into libzxing3, debian upstream introduced a new package for this version:
https://tracker.debian.org/news/1472895/accepted-zxing-cpp-210-1-source-amd64-all-into-experimental/

This will cause package conflicts

libzxing3 is already a thing in Ubuntu upstream as well with the 2.x versioning
