Two screenshots. One (ok) when all windows are hidden, second (not ok) when any windows is not hidden

SUMMARY
Clipboard manager doesn't open windows on mouse position. Instead it opens it in the bottom of the screen, so it's impossible to choose all previous items. However it has this behavior only if some other window is opened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any window. For instance Dolphin
2. Push hot key combination META + V

OBSERVED RESULT
Clipboard manager window is always centered in the bottom of the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
It should appear on mouse position

FWYW can't reproduce on arch, dev build, wayland. With dolphin/firefox open maximized, the clipboard manager still correctly opens at the cursor.
