STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. To have 2 monitors
2. Maximize a window on the left monitor
3. Drag the title bar down

OBSERVED RESULT
A piece of the window momentarily appears on the right monitor

EXPECTED RESULT
Window should't momentarily appears on the right montor
