OBSERVED RESULT
No blurred effect. Also, buggy.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be blurred and smooth.

Color schemes don't indicate whether the background is blurred behind the window. It's controlled by the widget style, e.g. breeze or oxygen. Report this issue to the developers of the widget style you use. Although keep in mind that breeze only enables blur behind translucent context menus.
