SUMMARY

From a flatpack install of Falkon, downloading zip files when asking where to save strips the extension from the end of the filename.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Go to https://vanillatweaks.net/
2. build a resource pack
3. download it and save it without any name changes

OBSERVED RESULT

file downloads without extension, kde realizes its a compressed file, but other apps (in this specific case minecraft) need the extension to remain

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I note that while neon's kde 6 is on qt 6, falkon's flatpak is on 5.15, and the deb available to neon (based on ubuntu) is further behind.
