I'm not sure where to get KWin logs from, so I'll just upload the entire Wayland session log from SDDM, I hope that's enough. This is with the env variable applied, do you need it without it as well?

Hmm, that in the logs is surprising, both that it is there and that it's not working with that.
What kernel version are you using? And if you set KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=0, does that change anything?
. Oh sorry. Kernel 6.6.39 at the moment, KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=0 doesn't change anything. Since reporting I upgraded to Plasma 6.1.2 but it still happens. okay, 6.6 already supports the drm properties for KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=0 to be the default. Does KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=1 make a difference?
