STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create two control panels on the same side (right side in my case)
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panels show in two columns

EXPECTED RESULT
The panels should show up in the same column on the very right side

As a workaround, make both of them use an alignment other than "Center".
