I upgraded from 5.27 to 6.0 using Discover and after a reboot I can't open Discover

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade from 5.27 to 6.0 via Discover
2. Reboot
3. Log in

OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to open Discover by opening Overview, typing "disc" and clicking Discover in the list. The icon for Discover shows up next to the mouse pointer, but the application never shows up.

EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should work as usual

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.5
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0
Qt Version: 6.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Booting from the latest Neon User ISO works as expected
