STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with x11 (not wayland) plasma 6
2. Open Dolphin with places, terminal and info panels
3. If you minimixe Dolphin and then you restore it maximixed all panels disappear

OBSERVED RESULT

When you close and re-open Dolphin it is all ok, but if you minimize it, it is "without memory" (all panels aren't more visible)

EXPECTED RESULT

All opened panels should appear as usual
