Previews with info panel work on Arch Linux running Plasma 6. Possibly it's a neon packing issue. *** Bug 482093 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Please update KDE Neon and test again. There was an issue with some phonon backend packages missing that should be fixed now I can reproduce on neon unstable even after installing all available updates a few hours ago. I'm on Neon User, installed all updates available at this moment. At first glance it is solved, video and audio files in different formats and codecs now play as before. The problem is that another "bug" was introduced, maybe? And it crashes Dolphin. If I select a mkv file that contains video of resolution 720p or above playing in the panel and move the cursor and select another similar file, instead of stopping playing the video and switching to preview the new selected file Dolphin just crashes immediatelly. Tested with a bunch of 480p videos and they didn't crash. Tested on Wayland.
