STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Plasma 5.27.10, Fedora 38
2. Run Chromium and some other apps, in my case Slack
3. Open a few windows and work for some time

OBSERVED RESULT

Chromium uses Slack's icon in task bar and if grouping is enabled, "grouiips" into Slack's entry on the task bar, so Chromium seems to disappear entirely. Disabling grouping makes Chromium reappear, but the icon is Slack

EXPECTED RESULT

Chromium uses its own icon, like Chrome's but blue. Note that the issue does NOT appear with Chrome (I uise both Chromium and Chrome at the same time)
