STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press ALT-F2
2. Error message states that org.kde.krunner has no service files
3. krunner does not function

OBSERVED RESULT
krunner does not activate

EXPECTED RESULT
krunner should prompt for input
Note: Also attempted to launch krunner from the right-click desktop menu but this action also failed.
