STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. navigate to Accessibility KCM
3. Check "Use Number Pad to Move Cursor"

OBSERVED RESULT
Using number pad keys has no effect on mouse cursor

EXPECTED RESULT
using the number pad keys should move the mouse cursor
