STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Load canvas at any size 300x300 still produced the crash
2.  draw for about 20 mins then crashes
3.  reopen and only thing if not saved is the autosave

OBSERVED RESULT
program completely freezes for a few seconds then closes without an error this happens more often when using selection tools or tools that cover a large area 

EXPECTED RESULT
not to crash when doing normal functions like draw a box or use tools
