SUMMARY
This one is a bit hard to explain but if I have a Konsole shortcut pinned to my panel when I open an instance of Konsole there are now two Konsole icons on the panel when there should be one. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a Konsole widget to the panel
2. Click on widget


OBSERVED RESULT
Two icons

EXPECTED RESULT
one icon

Could you provide a screenshot? What widgets do you have on your panel? It might be that there is both a quicklaunch with the konsole icon, and a icons-only task manager that has the konsole icon.

Ok, see what you are saying. I was not aware of the proper way of creating a shortcut on the panel
