Possibly a duplicate of Bug 479712 My thoughts as well. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 479712 *** |
Created attachment 166019 [details] Current state of my steam flatpak and filen appimage (filen from AUR has the same issue as well) SUMMARY Some AppImages and Flatpaks that used to have proper tray icons with Plasma 5 dont have any tray icons with Plasma 6 anymore. This is especially important for sync apps like Filen. I want to know the state of sync before I perform some actions, but looking at the tray is now useless. This was working with Plasma 5 earlier. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Run Filen AppImage or Steam flatpak. 2. Note the tray icon for the application ran. OBSERVED RESULT The tray icon is a generic file icon. EXPECTED RESULT The real icon set by the application should show up.
