STEPS TO REPRODUCE

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
In system configuration settings
the Gamma function exists with Plasma X11.
Since Plasma Wayland, the function
Gamma has been removed. 
The Gamma function will she come back? 
I use Kubuntu versions :
23.10 Plasma 5.27.8, KDE framework 5.110.0.

It hasn't been removed; rather, it was never implemented in the first place, since it needs to be redone from scratch on Wayland, and we also need to consider the interaction between it and the new color management functionality. When it's re-added, it will likely be in the Display & Monitor KCM, like other manual color adjustments such as what's being requested in Bug 476960.
