STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. right-click on a file, hover over "Share" and choose "Send via bluetooth..." or "Send to device..."
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Choose a device to send to:" text is not entirely readable. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Choose a device to send to:" text is entirely readable.

Cannot reproduced, my popup windows for those two are wide enough to show the text.  Are you using a special font, or have you increased the font size?

I can reproduce with default font settings.
