STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy text
2. Open widget
3. Click the barcode button
4. Drag the barcode

OBSERVED RESULT
It's not draggable

On X11 it works as expected

It turns out the cursor does not react to dnd, but the image is still draggable.
