STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click any digital clock applet
2. Click "Configure Digital Clock"
3. Click one of "Astronomical Events", "Holidays" and "Calendar Events"

OBSERVED RESULT

All three entries being 'selected', and I cannot adjust their settings


EXPECTED RESULT

Only one entry is selected, right hand side shows appropriate settings panel, respectively

Can't reproduce on arch source build, wayland. Does this also happen with a new user account? What theme is this?

Yes this *does* happen for a new user,
Theming info is a bit complicated...

Global Theme: Breeze Dark
Application Style: Kvantum Dark with Fluent-greenDark (https://github.com/vinceliuice/Fluent-kde)
Plasma Style: Fluent-round
Window Style is SierraBreeze6 https://github.com/moodyhunter/SierraBreeze6
