SUMMARY
***
On a hybrid setup (External monitors connected to NVIDIA GPU, laptop display connected to internal intel GPU), there is extreme stuttering of the UI, GLXGears will run at 1/2 the refresh rate of the displays.
***
(Note, on plasma 5.x, using `KWIN_DRM_USE_MODIFIERS=0` would resolve this issue, but in 6.x, either this env. variable is ignored, or does nothing)

I've attached a video showing this issue, both my external monitors are 120Hz, and the laptops own display is 144Hz, so theoretically, the minimum framerate I should get is 120Hz, but, you can see when doing anything like moving windows around, the glxgear window stutters and framerate drops significantly1.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

This is a bug in the NVidia driver, and will only be resolved with a future driver release
