Harmony hasn't gotten a stable release, and the last beta release I see on https://github.com/bugzilla/harmony/tags is six years old. For something as critical to KDE as bug tracking, I don't think moving to unstable, unreleased, till-in-development software makes sense. I want these features as much as you do, but we need to wait for them to be released first. Would this be reopened when it's available? I do agree, but also believe it should be tracked, because we'll surely update to it when it's available.
