SUMMARY
"Filedigger" and "Purger" are not opening, and I'm unable to use them.
I've setup some backup plans, even freshly created ones, and this issue happen for all of them (I think I can rule out any issue in the backup archive).

When I click on "purge old backups" and "show files" from the tray applet, nothing happens. I don't receive any error (at least not shown from the UI), these windows just do not open.

The only feedback that I was able to collect are a couple of references from `journalctl`

(Note that "opzione sconosciuta" is translated into "Unknown option in english")

This was fixed back in 2021, just haven't had time/energy/motivation to make a release. Sorry. Thanks for reporting!
