1. openbox --replace / mutter --replace
2. Raise KRunner by using a shortcut
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
KRunner is invisible

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since kwin_x11 will soon retire, it's time to fix Plasma bugs on other window managers. I suspect PlasmaWindow breaks window positioning on other WMs.
