What does "Meta+Meta" mean? Are you pressing the Meta key twice in rapid succession? Or pressing two physical Meta keys on your keyboard at the same time, or one right after the other or something? And can you describe what this feature does on GNOME? If the weird symbols you mention are Meta+ៀ\uDC53, it is fixed by https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kglobalacceld/-/merge_requests/44. waiting for info pressing the meta button twice. In general not sure if pressing any button twice is supported? Nice to hear that is solved! (In reply to Henning from comment #4) > pressing the meta button twice. In general not sure if pressing any button > twice is supported? > > Nice to hear that is solved! It is supported, but right now that option is not exposed in system settings. Not sure if this should be marked as a duplicate of the really old https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217833 KHotkeys is dead in Plasma 6, and I'm planning to close all these bugs in two weeks. So if you want it to stay open, move it elsewhere. :) If you think Bug 217833 is still valid, move that elsewhere too. In that case, probably both this bug report as well as Bug 480304 should be marked as duplicates of it. So if you think any other old KHotkeys feature requests that are still valid need rescuing, the time is now. :) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 217833 *** *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 480304 *** |
