I'm making a theme for myself, which doesn't have white text, and the files on the desktop don't follow the colour scheme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the text colour in the 'Appearance > Colours' section of the system settings.
2. Files and folders on the desktop don't change text colour.


OBSERVED RESULT
Files and folders on the desktop don't change text colour.

EXPECTED RESULT
Files and folders on the desktop should change text colour.

These labels are hardcoded to white on purpose: to offer adequate contrast against the black shadows. If we let the text color here respect the theme, it could disappear against the shadows. If we let the shadows adjust too to prevent that, then they wouldn't be shadows anymre since shadows are always black (ish).
