STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Application Launcher
2. click on either "Reboot" or "Power Off" buttons in the low right corner of the application launcher

OBSERVED RESULT
grey screen will fade in, but with no buttons. only possible to close with alt+f4

EXPECTED RESULT
grey screen fading in with all the options, such as power off, reboot, sleep, hibernate, logout, close session...

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: EndeavourOS with KDE Plasma 6.0 RC2 
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: System info says 5.93.0, but on desktop i read 6.0 RC2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249.0
Qt Version: 6.7.0

This is intentionally removed for 6.1. See https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/3823 for related discussion.

You may need to contact your distribution to figure out why you are getting the 6.1 dev branch instead of the RC release for 6.0 though.

Ohhhh sorry. Do you have a global theme set? If not I believe this is a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474639

yep, setting a global theme makes the options return back... weird that there isn't a fallback option, hope the devs look into it!
