When writing a bug report and trying to attach an image, it did not shown any warning, when image excess maximum size for images.
This happens only in new bug report form.

OBSERVED RESULT
Bug was created, but without attachment.

EXPECTED RESULT
Deny to create bug report and warning about no possibility to attach image.
