Gaps between Chrome window and screen boarder (right side and sometimes bottom with panel on top)  with fractional display scaling. ive tested 110-120%, but it is probably all affected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set scale to something other than 100 or 200% ive tested 110-120%
2. Open Chrome in fullscreen
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
2 pixel Gaps on the right side and sometimes largeish gaps on the bottom when panel is on top. Bottom gap seems to be harder to reproduce.

EXPECTED RESULT
no gaps
