Yeah, probably a good idea. I'll add that after installing the flatpak backend, the area to add the flathub repository isn't even visible until discover is restarted. This is confusing to someone new to flatpak who may not know that is important to the functionality. > Either automatically or by prompt the flathub source should be added to the

Adding Flathub via Discover installs the Flathub repository to your system. Are you seeing different behaviour?

Discover has different *backends*. On some distros, they aren't all pre-installed. If you install Discover's Flatpak backend, it doesn't come with any repos pre-installed; you need to manually add one. Like Flathub. So the idea here is that installing the Faltpak backend should also pre-configure it with Flathub. Which I think is reasonable. |
