STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click 'Install on Linux' button in your favourite browser, Firefox is what I used. it will ask you to open Discover
2. Ship it. Could not open "appstream://org.kde.kio_s3 because it was not found in any available software repositories. Please report this issue to the package managers of your distribution.
3. try `appstreamcli search kio_s3` and find nothing

OBSERVED RESULT
Cant install extension using install page from kde repo

EXPECTED RESULT
Could be able to install extension using kde page install button
