STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  make screenshot
2.  close balloon of spectacle or wait when it disappears
3.  cleaned

OBSERVED RESULT
cleaned clipboard

EXPECTED RESULT
dont cleaned clipboard

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon Unstable w KDE Plasma 6.0.80

ive have this even on kde plasma 5.25, its on wayland, idk how about xorg

Sounds a bit like Bug 462604. Have you set your clipboard history to size 1 or 0? Have you customized the settings of your clipboard in any way at all? If you have, does the issue reproduce in a clean user account?

yes, i disabled clipboard history bcause it can write password to it, now enabled and i dont have it, but i dont want keep clipboard history on

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done. Without even a rudimentary clipboard management system enabled, clipboard data copied by an app disappears when the app is terminated.
