For example discord has the feature to change the running stream target (to another application, or the screen). Currently, when using the XWaylandBridge, one needs to close the stream, wait for the `m_quitTimer` to run out, then start a new stream.

It would be great to have a feature which allows choosing a new stream target, e.g. by clicking the tray icon.
