When selecting "open new tab" from the task context menu, a new window is opened instead of a new tab

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open konsole
2. right click on the konsole icon in the task bar
3. select open new tab


OBSERVED RESULT
A new konsole window opens

EXPECTED RESULT
An existing konsole window should have a new tab in it.
