The screen recording seems to not like the transition to the overview effect. But you can see how the window is blurry before and not blurry in the effects. I can reproduce. I've also noted that Konsole's background is not blurry when it is being moved. I wonder if the two are related in some way. When I enter the desktop grid or the overview effect, that blur disappears. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Konsole 2. Open Hamburger Menu 3. Create a new Profile 4. switch to that profile 5. Open the menu again and edit the profile 6. Go to appearance 7. Select the currently used Breeze theme 8. Edit it 9. Add some transparency 10. Enable background blur 11. Click OK twice 12.
