STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Configure Kate settings
3. Turn off dynamic word wrap indicators

OBSERVED RESULT
The dynamic word wrap indicator setting can't be turned off, even after applying the changes(see attached video)

EXPECTED RESULT
The dynamic word wrap indicator setting should change

This is still an issue in Plasma 6 as well.
