requesting a feature or might now be aware how to use it , 
sms sync on windows pc , and the same ftp layout / ui like in phone link from Microsoft, where a person can see all the files like pics with a preview and simply copy paste the file from there without having to even touch my phone or send lifes from my phone 
this feature is a must have for me in my opinon

It sounds like you're looking for KDE Connect! If I'm understanding you correctly, it will do what you want.
