Resizing the application launcher menu on the upper right corner freezes the Plasma session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start neon-testing-20240130-0309.iso in VirtualBox.
2. Click at the Kickoff Application Launcher.
3. Click at the upper right corner of Kickoff.

OBSERVED RESULT
Kickoff freezes and the CPU is at 100%.

EXPECTED RESULT
The expected result is to be able to resize Kickoff.

Kickoff is actually "shaking", trying to move back and forwards.

This ultimately has the same root cause as Bug 480898, and will be fixed once the merge request open for fixing it gets merged!
