Error message

SUMMARY

If the user chooses 'C-UTF-8' as the system locale in the KDE Neon Installer, the installation fails with an error.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Boot into the KDE Neon Live iso
2. Run the installer
3. In the Location page, choose 'C.UTF-8' as the system locale
4. Continue with the installation


OBSERVED RESULT

An error message appears.

EXPECTED RESULT

Either the installation should succeed, or there should be no 'C.UTF-8' option in the locales list.

Thank you for your bug report! 
However this bug report was created/provided previous to 01/06/2024 and also
has not received any updates since  before 01/01/2025. 
Unfortunately KDE neon no longer provides updates for anything older than noble
24.04 based edition's.
Please upgrade to KDE neon noble and if you can reproduce the issue after
upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report.
