STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Plasma Wayland Session
2. Change mouse orientation to Left Handed
3. Open an application that uses Xwayland and "right" click so see the menu.
4. Verify it's actually XWayland using xlsclients

OBSERVED RESULT
Left handed mode is not applied to Xwayland programs

EXPECTED RESULT
Left handed mode being used in xwayland programs

I also use Arch Linux but cannot reproduce on Plasma 6 RC2.

On further testing, I noticed a script was calling 
                                                                                     
xmodmap -e "pointer = 3 2 1"

on system start
after reverting it, it seems to work fine
