As subject, a close button on each tab while using Konq's tabbed browsing, ala Galeon.

This shouldn't be marked as duplicated or closed because the another bug report 
(that should be the one to close) asked for a button to close tab ala Mozilla 
(and Konqueror already has that button - you only had to add it to some toolbar 
on the toolbar editor) but this bug report asks for a button on each tab to 
close that tab ala Galeon (which is, surprise, not the same that Mozilla).
