STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Use drawing tablet with pen
1. open a window 
2. hover over the navigation bar at the top of the window
3. use „right click” button on the drawing pen

Can not reproduce. Again on X.Org.

Maybe fixed or Wayland specific?
