STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Use graphics tablet with a digital pen 
1. Hover over the application so the there will be an window preview. 
2. move your pen (up) on screen so the pointer is off the preview 

OBSERVED RESULT

preview stays up until you hover over the system tray

EXPECTED RESULT

preview will fade as with the mouse
