STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate Find in Files View
2. Click on the button to choose whether to search only in current file or whole project or etc.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
when hovering with the mouse over the individual entries in the dropdown menu no visual indicator is shown

I can reproduce the issue, but not for any other comboboxes in other apps, or even in Kate. Is it happening everywhere for you, or only for these two find/replace comboboxes?

Can reproduce the bug always for these comboboxes (on both my devices!):

- Kate diagnostics tab
- Kate search options (see below)
- Kate project choosing
- Dolphin address bar

Cannot reproduce for comboboxes in konsole -> edit profile -> tabs.

Also reproducable for all comboboxes in dolphin and kate settings.

I cannot reproduce any of those other issues. :/

Maybe a Qt 6.7 regression?

Interestingly all seems fixed with 5.93. Won't complain about that :)
