Works for me with an integrated Intel HD620 GPU.

What exact method are you using to lock the screen, and how are you unlocking (password, fingerprint, smart card, etc)? Does it still happen if you change how you're locking or unlocking it?

Is this on Wayland or X11?

Have you configured suspend to ram? Do you see anything, like a cursor, on the black screen?

Does this happen only happen if your system goes to sleep or can you reproduce if you lock your screen without going to sleep?

Thx your reply. I only use password to unlock screen and just single screen, these bugs happened on Wayland.

Thx your reply. I enabled nvidia-suspend and nvidia-resume, as your reply, I disable these, these bugs still happen.

Thx your reply. I don't use sleep, and I try sleep, I get the same problem, auto lock screen and meta+l lock screen get same problem. I guess this bug is the same as you list
