STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor
2. Click "Help-> About System Monitor" in the menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
A popup with version and library information should popup.

Works for me with current git master and Qt 6.6.0.

Can you run `plasma-systemmonitor` in a terminal window and paste the log text that appears when you click on "About System Monitor" in the menu? I suspect there may be a QML error printed in there that will help illuminate the problem.

Here is the terminal output when "About System Monitor" is clicked:

Can't reproduce on git master on Arch, with Qt 6.7. Perhaps this is a packaging issue?

This got fixed, but now there are two "About System Settings" entries in the menu.  Should I close this and open a new bug?

Yes please. And make sure to attach a screenshot that shows the issue visually.
