STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create more than 2 desktops
2. checkmark cube
3. apply changes

OBSERVED RESULT
meta c does nothing on live USB or after install and update

EXPECTED RESULT
Cube effect working. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: neon testing
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.92.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249.0
Qt Version: 6.6.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Cube effect works on kaOS and Fedora kinoite on bare metal. Neon cube used to work in Beta but since RC1 has not worked.

It needs to be turned on as I don't think it's on by default, but indeed I can't get meta-C to do anything after turning it on

make sure the qtquick3d qml module is installed

Have run install of qt6-quick3d and says set to manual installation.

You also have to have more than 2 virtual desktops set up or it won't 
work. Neon RC1 has not worked at all but I have had cube working in kaOS 
RC1 and Fedora kinoite RC1 straight away with not one issue in either 
live mode or after install to spare SSD so bare metal.
